At SEMC3 Marketing Agency, we are committed to delivering high-quality, custom websites designed to meet the unique needs of each client. This Fulfillment Policy outlines the terms and process by which our services are provided.

1. Project Timeline

  • Work on the custom website will begin once payment is received and the necessary information is provided by the client.
  • The standard timeframe for the delivery of the completed website is 45 days, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement. This timeline depends on the client’s timely submission of all required content, feedback, and approvals.
  • Any delays in providing materials or feedback may result in extended delivery times. SEMC3 Marketing Agency is not responsible for delays caused by the client.

 

2. Fulfillment Process

  • During the website development, we will provide regular updates and request client feedback at various stages, including design previews and functionality reviews.
  • Upon completion, the final product will be delivered through one of the following methods, as agreed with the client:
    a) Deployment of the website on the client’s specified hosting platform.
    b) Provision of all website files and assets to the client.

 

3. Client Responsibilities

  • The client is responsible for providing all required materials, such as text, images, logos, and any other necessary content, in a timely manner.
  • Failure to provide these materials as requested may cause project delays, for which SEMC3 Marketing Agency will not be held liable.

 

4. Delays

  • While we aim to meet all project deadlines, unforeseen delays may occur. In such cases, the client will be informed promptly, and a revised estimated completion date will be provided.
  • SEMC3 Marketing Agency is not liable for delays caused by third-party service providers (such as hosting platforms) or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

 

5. Completion of Services

  • The project is considered complete once the final website has been delivered and any revisions outlined in the project agreement have been made.
  • At this point, SEMC3 Marketing Agency’s obligations under the project agreement are fulfilled.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

  • SEMC3 Marketing Agency shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, losses, or expenses arising from the use or performance of the website, delivery delays, or failure of the website to meet expectations, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
  • This Fulfillment Policy and any associated agreements are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of South Dakota.
